Why are some countries not yet connected?
Some European land registry authorities are simply yet to make a decision on connecting to EULIS or they are not yet in a position where they are able to. For example if an online registration system does not yet exist it would not be technically possible to connect to the portal.
The countries who cannot yet connect but who would like to in the future are welcomed by EULIS so cooperation can begin. EULIS aims to include all European countries in connection possibilities and understands this may take a longer in some countries than others.
EULIS also recognises this may be frustrating for subscribed customers, who would like to search in a particular country.
