The aims of Eulis plus is to

Clarify the actual national conditions in the validation countries for a possible future connection to the EULIS service. This should be done through a thorough investigation of the national legal framework, the current technical solutions of the land registers, public access to information and security issues.
• Parallell with the investigation of the national conditions the project aims at defining and validating the prospects of the real property market in the validation countries. This will be performed through an in depth survey and analysis of the market, the customers (the possible future users of EULIS) needs and wants.
